I called and got onto an extremely helpful sales rep called Jack. Great advice. The battery is excellent. Had an issue with the battery not charging but turned out i had turned off that setting in the battery management app. Very helpful staff and easy to contact to discuss the batteries.
I bought this charger to boost on cloudy days if needed but more importantly protect my battery bank from being discharged dangerously low.
